JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Hybrid - Louisville, KY

Next Start Date: August 5th

Compensation: $20 an hour, plus monthly performance bonuses

This is a hybrid position primarily based in Louisville, KY. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed. You'll spend the first 5 weeks training, learning about our products and services, and how to navigate our systems. Our training is robust, and attention to detail is crucial.

Once you've completed your training, you'll have the flexibility to work at home 2 days a week and in our brand new office 3 days a week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm. You'll become an expert in providing customer support and responding to incoming inquiries, while continuing to grow and develop your skills.

What you will bring to the role

  • Mastery of multi-tasking: You'll be handling multiple tasks simultaneously, including account research, functions on screen, and engaging with shareholders.
  • Empathy and patience: You'll be working with shareholders who may be experiencing a loss in the family, so empathy and understanding are essential.
  • Numeric reasoning: You'll need to confidently communicate large numbers and perform simple calculations.
  • Experience: Previous experience in financial services or a role requiring complex transactions is preferred.
  • Administration: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Technology: You'll need to be comfortable using technology, including dual monitors, navigating multiple screens, and basic troubleshooting.
