Cosa porterai al ruolo
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana a livello madrelingua
- Una laurea in economia o in diritto
- Forti capacità comunicative e interpersonali
- Efficaci capacità di lavoro di squadra
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office
- Esperienza pregressa in un ambiente d'ufficio e/o in settori finanziario o bancario
- Un forte interesse per il mercato finanziario e il suo quadro normativo

This is an opportunity to be part of an energetic and dedicated team in the heart of Rome! We are seeking enthusiastic Contact Center Operators to join our Client Service team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in gathering valuable information and data from shareholders, ensuring their voices are heard. This is not a sales or marketing position - it's all about making meaningful connections and providing top-notch service. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want you on our team!
- Work Schedule: Full-time availability required
- Duration of Employment: 3 to 5 weeks
- Work Mode: on-site
- Gross Salary : starting from €1,500 per month
What will you bring to the role
- Proficiency in Italian at a native level
- A Bachelor's degree in business or law-related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in an office environment and/or in financial or banking sectors
- A keen interest in the financial market and its regulatory framework
