Location: London (Hybrid)

This position presents an exciting opportunity to join our team during a period of growth and transformation. We are seeking candidates to assist in the delivery of global entity management services for our clients, working closely with our team of industry experts. Comprehensive training and support will be provided, enabling you to work with large international corporate clients and projects, including those from FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, you will engage with an ever-expanding international network, collaboratively operating in a global market to deliver exceptional entity management services.

Key Responsibilities
You will work within a team to deliver annual compliance and routine change projects for a large client portfolio, utilising our specialist software and technology to meet SLAs and provide a high level of service to the client.
You will be responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring the seamless execution and completion of projects, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigations as necessary while coordinating with our local network to keep clients informed. You will also collaborate with senior coordinators on more complex projects to enhance your expertise and develop professionally to maintain the quality of service provided to clients.

Other responsibilities:
• Support in the coordination and delivery of annual compliance services to our clients.
• Assist with other projects such as client transitions, health check projects, and any other event-driven change initiatives as required.
• Participate in and provide updates during client calls, taking ownership and managing actions.
• Ensure clients' legal entity databases are updated accurately and efficiently in accordance with agreed service level agreements and client specific protocols.
• Attend client and team meetings, providing administrative and coordination support.
• Provide a range of project and general business administration support as needed.
• Oversee contract engagement for database only clients

What will you bring to the role?
As a Consultant of the Global Managed Services' team, you will have a desire to pursue a career within Global Entity Management professional services. In addition to a desire in growing your career within global governance, we are looking for a strong communicator who is interested in working on client focused project work.

• Experience in building effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• An eye for detail and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
• Resilient and composed under pressure, proactive, self-motivated.
• Strong written English, numeric, analytical and comprehension skills.
• Legal or business-related degree preferable. College or school leaver applicants with some customer service and/or business-related work experience will be considered.
