Issuer Services is our largest division in Germany: we work for listed companies, including many of the world's most prominent ones, and support them in fulfilling their capital market obligations. Our services for issuers range from maintaining the share register to organizing annual general meetings and providing proxy voting support. The AGMs and most of the stakeholders you will work with are German-speaking, so fluency in German is required. Interviews will be conducted in German.

A role you will love

At our location in Munich or Frankfurt am Main, you will start as a management consultant/project manager with our own clients after a comprehensive induction.

As part of our consulting team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Supporting public limited companies in the planning, organization, implementation and follow-up of annual general meetings and similar formats (in person or digitally)
  • Intensive consulting for clients (top-level management) of all company sizes with regard to process-optimized implementation as well as the legal framework and its implementation
  • Coordination of project participants and internal specialist departments and monitoring of overall project progress
  • Planning, coordination and management of the personnel deployed at the conference
  • Deployment to meetings - nationwide on site
  • Coaching and advising board members and supervisory board members
  • Supporting the IT systems, e.g. for accreditation, voting and Q&A management
  • Organization of briefings, training courses and dress rehearsals - internally and for our clients
  • Collaboration on internal projects and topics relating to the Annual General Meeting
  • What do you bring to the table?

After completing your studies (ideally in economics, computer science or law) or training (ideally in the commercial sector - in a bank, event organization or investor relations), you have already gained your first professional experience. You enjoy communicating with our contacts on the client side, guiding them safely through the "Annual General Meeting" project as a project manager and competently contributing as a management consultant in all matters relating to the Annual General Meeting. A high level of IT affinity is helpful for your work. As our industry requires a higher seasonal workload and travel within Germany (especially from April to June), you will have the necessary flexibility.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
  • A natural consultant personality
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and coordination skills
  • Quick comprehension and a willingness to learn new things
  • Independent and meticulous way of working
