We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Associate to join us based in our Yarra Falls office. Working in our Plan Managers division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services, project management and plan design to Plan Manager Clients and their individual employee share plan holders.

Working with a supportive Team Leader and an experienced team, this role will be a great way to learn more about the financial services industry, as well as give you the ability to gain exposure to great opportunities for career growth and development.

Reporting to a Team Leader, the Client Services Associate is a role responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality operational and administrational services to clients and the respective client's employee plan participants.

You will work closely with your team and internal stakeholders to ensure all activity and allocated work is actioned to meet expectations.

Some other key responsibilities:

  • Generation and provision of Employee Share Plan and Regulatory reports to clients
  • Writing and maintaining of internal system documentation and procedures
  • Responding to employee share plan participant email enquiries
  • Data entry of employee information held in internal systems and databases
  • Preparation of share transfers, vesting's, allocation's, and purchases

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, able to balance conflicting priorities and someone who is technology savvy.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and strong time management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • High level of initiative, flexibility and has problem solving skills
  • Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products - specifically MS Excel
  • Possess and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude & strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of Employee Share Plans and the financial services will be highly regarded
