We are currently recruiting for a Client Service Associate to join our Issuer Services team. Issuer Services is the division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services to Issuer Services clients and their individual security holders.

The role holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to internal and external clients, helping to ensure our clients are receiving customer service at the highest standard by delivering quality output, excellent relationships and proactive service, whilst contributing to an efficient, engaged and high performing team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting the service requirements of clients, relationship managers (RM), and management efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders. The CSA uses effective communication and client knowledge to engage stakeholders, serves as the primary contact in the RM's absence, ensures commitments are met, and builds confidence with clients and RMs.
  • Minimizing risk by upholding procedures and checklists, reviewing current processes, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementing changes through a consensus approach. Key responsibilities include prioritizing and executing work to minimize risk, highlighting potential concerns, investigating and reporting errors, ensuring compliance, updating systems, assisting in training, and managing time effectively.
  • Fostering a positive work environment by supporting team members, participating in meetings and activities, volunteering for tasks and projects, staying updated on products and services, undertaking departmental projects, engaging in self-development and training, assisting other business units, taking on product champion roles, and contributing to national projects and phone conferences.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Ability to follow procedures and recommend changes when improvements are identified
  • Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products
  • Possess and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude & strong work ethic
  • Be self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess the ability to work well under pressure, maintaining professionalism and focus on quality
