A role you will love
This position will focus on various asset backed products such as CMBS, CLO, Loan Agency, and Securities Custody asset classes (among others) within the CLO and CMBS groups of the CCT business.
o The BNC III is a senior position within the team and is responsible for relationship management (including client satisfaction), problem resolution and client retention.
o BNC IIIs are typically responsible for the deal negotiations and relationship management of the most complex and/or strategically important customers.
o they assist in the evaluation of new opportunities, determining the company's ability to perform varying sets of support services on transactions, identifying solutions for client needs, and assisting Business Negotiations Managers and Sales team representatives with setting minimum pricing levels for transactions.
o BNC IIIs regularly interact with Sales representatives to provide detailed expertise for certain sales calls, meetings and presentations as needed.
o BNC IIIs also regularly interact with multiple operational teams within the organization in support of new business onboarding, troubleshooting technical issues, and problem resolution, all with respect to ensuring client satisfaction.
o Additionally, BNC IIIs assist in identifying, evaluating, and implementing enhancements to service offering and/or entrance into new market niches.
o They may be responsible for managing Business Negotiations Consultants.
What will you bring to the role?

Required qualifications:
8+ years of experience in most of the following: capital markets, CMBS, CLO, corporate trust, contracts, or business development
Desired qualifications:
• Extensive experience with CMBS and/or CLO Trustee, Securities Administration, agency and related services with a detailed understanding of structured finance and related contracts, complex problem analysis and resolution skills,
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, effective organizational, and prioritizing skills are strongly desired.
• Must be able to manage workload to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment, and able to interact with all levels of an organization.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

• Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $109,000- $150,000. This base pay is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
