A role you will love

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Project Kessel as a Business Consultant within our Plan Managers business on a 12-month Secondment. This is an ideal opening for an internal candidate who is keen to work on the delivery of Project Kessel our EMEA programme of migrating clients onto the EquatePlus (EQ+) platform.

This role will focus on client engagement, process and solution design / implementation, this will include, gathering information, detailing client requirements, and understanding these requirements allowing you to lead the client, through the migration journey through to delivery and operational deployment.

This is a key role within Project Kessel to support the clients move to EquatePlus and to the Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) operating model.

What key responsibilities you will have in the role?

  • Review, input and provide expert knowledge into business process before delivering to clients or internal stakeholders
  • Translate discovery into process and configuration requirements
  • Validate configuration against discovery and business processes to ensure they meet the business requirement
  • Design, develop and deliver professional presentations both internally and externally
  • Deliver plan lifecycle process walkthroughs including any client specific requirements
  • Solve a wide variety of complex customer requirements providing exceptional levels of customer service
  • Provide expert advice in field(s) of specialism to internal and external stakeholders on a range of topics, for example, SSO, API, Inbound Data (CDI), Taxation solutions, etc
  • Influence and collaborate with internal and external senior stakeholders to deliver on programme objectives
  • Escalate risks and decisions to internal senior stakeholders as required
  • Compile and deliver business proposals for non-standard solutions
  • Support the business in delivering scalable and sustainable solutions, products, and initiatives
  • Implement new products and services including regulatory changes in line with the project objectives
  • Align development deployment with client migration and implementation timelines
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to drive efficiencies, ensuring standard solutions and EQ+ optimisation is followed
  • Anticipate risk and make proposals to mitigate
  • Where non-standard solutions are deployed ensure all business stakeholders are aware and aligned
  • Works with client to understand best practices and ensures client adopts EQ+ and CPM operating model standards
  • Drives and delivers client requirements to client solutions, without compromising programme and business objectives
