A role you will love
The Analyst, Managed Administrative Services, is responsible for coordinating client administrative activities following investigation, review and consultation with client. The Analyst operates to identify the means and ways of efficient and better application use for increased client satisfaction and retention with Global Entity Management System (GEMS), Registered Agent (RA) and Global Entity Services (GES) services. This exciting role will be responsible for working alongside our GES and RA teams to assist with client onboarding as a subject matter expert to support the set-up of GEMS for GES and RA client service delivery. The successful candidate will also focus on streamlining and automating the process over time to make it more cost efficient.
Other Responsibilities include:
• Work closely with GES and RA client onboarding, GEMS Implementation and CES teams may be as relevant to plan, coordinate and progress the GEMS set-up process
• Own and drive forward the set-up process relating to GEMS set-up, undertaking and/or organising all GEMS configuration and site set up steps in line with project plan and SLA guidelines
• Keep GES and RA client onboarding team appraised of progress, issues and areas identified for improvement
• Support GES and RA client onboarding team with addressing client queries, feedback and issues throughout the process
• Document processes, create knowledge tools and provide training /support to team members on process, configuration etc. as required
• Work with Technology Optimisation Lead and GEMS Product Development team to help identify and introduce automation and efficiencies to the process
• Assists in running special commissioned and other service projects, troubleshooting and consulting, problem solving, and resolving clients' concerns.
• Scrutinizes data to make tangible recommendations and assists in creating, reviewing, and approving software/database product configuration.
• Travels to client meetings, workshops and client conferences as needed.
What will you bring to the role?
• Advanced knowledge of GEMS, or similar software, and significant experience in system configuration is preferred.
• Experience consulting and building relationships with clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to work within project timelines/Service Level Agreements, and effectively manage client expectations.
• Effective communication skills, ability to build effective relationships at all levels and work as part of an international team.
• Detail-oriented and has a proven track record of delivering high quality work.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability.
