Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Generate accurate invoices for job requests, ensuring timely billing

• Investigate and follow up on unbilled invoices, providing solutions to any discrepancies

• Review and resolve any issues related to invoices at month-end, maintaining our commitment to accuracy

• Maintain a centralized filing system for agreements, ensuring easy access to important documents

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for a limited number of accounts to ensure financial integrity

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a positive, patient demeanour coupled with the ability to work independently.

Other key skills required for the role include:

• A degree or high diploma in Accounting

• Relevant experience in an accounting capacity

• Strong communication skills, responsibility, effective planning, and a results-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with Hong Kong stock markets and employee share plans would be an advantage

• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
