As an Account Manager II, you will be focused on managing mid-to-large servicers and their portfolios, as well as, working side by side with team members across Residential Mortgage & Asset Backed Securities operations teams. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for servicer & portfolio related requests, issue resolution/escalation, and leading special projects as requested

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Representing CTS in developing and maintaining relationships with servicers and monitoring servicer compliance & performance.
  • Collaborating with external parties and internal team members to find appropriate solutions for servicers' unique portfolio & servicing requirements
  • Work with external parties & internal team members to perform contractual document reviews to ensure servicer compliance
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements, introduce developments or solutions to meet or exceed business expectations
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills

What will you bring to the role?

As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer service and has the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve success.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following areas: mortgages, trust, financial services, or account management is required
  • Knowledge of Corporate Trust Services business & products
  • Structured finance experience and familiarity with mortgage securitizations processes
  • Experience with CDO Suite
  • Legal Document experience
  • Expertise in various systems, including Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and interface with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate flexibility and implement change
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Works independently and displays a take charge attitude
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $78,587.25 - $117,881.40. This base pay range is specific to Houston, TX and may not be applicable to other locations.
