A role you will love

Given the size and complexity of our clients and prospects, the business development process is consultative and will involve several engagements with multiple stakeholders, the preparation & delivery of business cases, proposals, and presentations, as well as negotiation.

Some other key responsibilities:

  • Achieving new business revenue and business targets by leading & closing sales opportunities across new logos and existing clients
  • Growing a sales pipeline sufficient to meet and exceed your targets year on year, leveraging your network, our network, and your sales acumen
  • Collaborate closely with the Relationship Management team to ensure the successful retention of key clients, reinforcing strong partnerships
  • Oversee a dynamic cross-functional team to develop and maintain a comprehensive Industry Vertical plan, positioning CCS as a frontrunner in the market
  • Keeping all opportunity details up to date in our CRM along with forecasting and reporting of revenue from your won opportunities
  • Developing a deep understanding of our solutions and services, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the communication Services business

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven B2B sales experience and ability to achieve and exceed targets in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Experience as a full-cycle sales executive (handling inbound leads and generating pipeline through prospecting activities) with a proven track record of sales engagement with senior executives
  • Training qualification / certification in one of the standard sales methodologies including Korn Ferry Strategic Selling with Perspective, MEDDIC or SPIN Selling
  • Accredited training in business and proposal writing eg. Shipley
  • Strong ownership of targets, following sales disciplines in planning & strategy
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Have a hunter mentality and approach to sales
