We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, planning, and customer experience of the Transaction Management Enrichment team as part of Transaction Journey. This team is focused on helping agents manage transaction processes from initial contact to close, including enriching transaction forms with listing data, automating workflows for agents, and improving staff and operational efficiency. We aim to make it easy for agents to work with clients and other parties to complete critical tasks throughout the transaction, so that they can spend less time managing transactions, and more time with their clients building their business.
Your role will involve working on projects that impact the highest priorities of our roadmap and the business, all while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams. A successful candidate is able to communicate in a clear and concise manner and is comfortable interacting with your partners in design and engineering, as well as executives and other stakeholder groups. You seek to optimize for scalability and repeatability while understanding and considering complex use cases and needs across geographical regions. You care deeply about the end user, and are passionate about bringing solutions intuitively to life in the product. You have extensive product management experience, ideally in a technical role with experience contributing to engineering discussions and technical strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to UX, design, development, and launch for products in the Transaction Management Enrichment space.
- Manage and execute a roadmap of innovative, scalable, and effective products and features to benefit Compass agents, staff, and operational teams.
- Work in close collaboration with product, engineering, design, research and operations partners to develop rich, intuitive and valuable user experiences.
- Help to oversee the progress of projects and hold engineers accountable for project deliverables and timelines.
- Lead the annual and quarterly planning cycles for Transaction Management Enrichment, in partnership with Engineering, including gathering cross-functional inputs and determining resource prioritization.
Qualifications:
- English fluent level
- 5+ years experience in product management roles building and launching successful products
- A deep sense of user empathy and demonstrated ability to build experiences that users love
- Strong communication with and management of various stakeholders, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization
- A proven track record of ownership, thoroughness, proactivity, and ability to deliver on cross-functional efforts
- A propensity to and comfort with using data paired with customer / stakeholder feedback and needs to ruthlessly prioritize your team’s bandwidth
- Strong technical background, either from academic, engineering, or hands-on product development experience, with an ability to assess and contribute to engineering discussions related to a product
