We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented New Development On-Site Real Estate Administrator to join our team. Based in a beautiful new development on the Upper East Side, you’ll be the first friendly face welcoming clients and guests, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the sales gallery every Saturday from 10AM - 5:00PM. The Role

  • Gain hands-on experience in real estate, customer service, and administrative operations.
  • Work alongside an experienced sales team in a high-profile luxury development.
  • A Saturday schedule from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, makes it ideal for those seeking consistent part-time work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Coordinate tours, prepare guests for appointments, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Answer inquiries (in-person, via email, or phone), provide helpful follow-up, and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain a customer database with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keep the sales gallery and model residences looking impeccable by coordinating minor operational tasks (e.g., flower deliveries, IT support, housekeeping).
  • Assist the sales team and project managers with administrative tasks and communication.
  • Provide general support for the Sales Director and team as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • No prior real estate experience is required—hospitality, retail, event planning, or office administration experience is a plus!
  • A friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail—you love keeping things on track!
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Reliability and the ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
  • Availability every Saturday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM is required.

Compensation: The base pay for this position is $24/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
