As a Junior Showing Agent you will be responsible for assisting the on-site leasing team by showing the building to prospective renters, helping to create a positive and informative experience for potential clients. - Tour potential renters the building amenities and units knowing all relevant property details, including features, pricing, and neighborhood information.
- Answer general questions and provide basic guidance about the property and the leasing process.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of showings and client interactions through the teams CRM system
- Ensure the building is presented in the best possible light by walking units prior to the day to make sure they are clean, making note of any issues, checking on the model units, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with all comps for the building you are representing, knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Provide excellent customer service, helping to build strong relationships with potential clients and contribute to overall client satisfaction.
- Assist senior agents and team members with administrative tasks as needed. Ie: covering the front desk, scheduling and confirming appointments, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- NY Salesperson License
- Interest in real estate and a desire to learn about the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to the success of the team.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and processes
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is a plus.
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $31-$36/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met. Additional project-specific bonus is to be determined.
