The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

We are seeking a trailblazer to be responsible for leading a region of sales professionals within the USRM Distribution organization. You contribute to the achievement of the sales plan and accountable for achieving regional results, including new business policy sales, customer retention, customer satisfaction, acquisition and operating cost within assigned offices. Responsibilities:
- Manages business for assigned region, comprised of multiple Branch offices. Responsible for meeting/exceeding regional goals and objectives in order to achieve top line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability. Key objectives include: New Business, Policy Sales, Customer Retention, Satisfaction, and Controllable Expenses.
- Coaches, develops and motivates a team of frontline Sales Managers, Sales Agents, Sales Associates and with the goal of achieving results which meet or exceed goals and objectives.
- Builds and implements growth and retention strategy to maximize short and long-term opportunities. Assists the Regional leader in communicating initiatives to the front-lines effectively.
- Analyzes results & budgets and identifies key drivers. Takes corrective action and implements change for continuous improvement.
- Selects and develops a strong management team to meet/exceed goals. Ensures proper staffing goals are met, and handles activities associated with the selection and performance of employees within region, with support provided by Talent & Enterprise Services.
- Frequently communicates with all levels in organization on initiatives from senior management, strategy and tactics, operating model, roles and responsibilities, and performance expectations.
- Ensures Sales Agents in the region have knowledge of products and coverages and ensures training is provided to fill any knowledge gaps.
- Ensures sales and service practices within the region are in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations as well as within internal policies, procedures and ethical practices.
- Partners with Product Management to provide insight and input into decisions impacting the region. Works regularly with Director of State Operations (DSO) regarding growth and profit strategies and tactics.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with business partners, including DSO, Affinity Marketing, PM Marketing, Claims, Quality Assurance, Real Estate, HR, Recruiting and Training to drive business results.

Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of personal lines product and solid track record of driving tangible results.
- Experience leading diverse teams of managers and large-scale sales operations
- Shown operational leadership demonstrating strong analytical, project management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Solid oral and written skills to effectively consult with sales management and internal departments.
- Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience/training and 7+ years of insurance sales and management work experience
