You will be engaged with exciting and innovative advancements in Multi-Sensor and Information Fusion, Networked Situational Awareness, and Visualization technologies. - Subject Matter Expert in USMC operations and systems.
- System requirements analysis, definition and management.
- Technical Leadership of engineering development teams.
- Systems integration, functional and performance requirements.
- Experience as a United States Marine in the C2/Surveillance/Tactical Datalink domains or experience with USMC systems such as the Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S).
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience as lead systems engineer on a software development program.
- Experience with Tactical Data Links message protocols such as Link 16.
- Experience with any of these systems: Command and Control (C2), Surveillance/Radars, Air Traffic Control, Mission Planning, Missile Systems or Combat/Fire Control systems.
- Adept at communicating (verbal and written) with all levels within and outside the company, ability to prepare and deliver presentations/summaries which appropriately address the intended audience.
