You will learn key engineering principles at In-Comm which will be vital to your development at Collins Aerospace.As a CNC Machinist your learning will consist of training on a variety of machines such as Milling, Turning & Grinding Machines. Your time will be split between attending In-Comm Training Centre in Telford where you will spend time learning basic engineering skills, and on-site putting your learning into practice where you will learn from our skilled engineers the basic principles and under pinning knowledge needed for your career.By the end of the programme, having completed your functional training and apprenticeship, you will be awarded Level 2 Foundation Competencies, Level 3 Diploma and the Apprenticeship.What are we looking for?We are looking for the best individuals who have the following attributes:

- Minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C/5 or above including Mathematics and English
- Be a UK resident living in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
