We are looking for a stellar Senior Product Manager to focus on reporting, analytics, and plan administration capabilities in our employer portal to make it effortless for employers and their advisors to access actionable insights and take action on the performance of their health plans. Our goal is to provide the most configurable, reliable, and easy to use benefits administration experience for our customers, and flexible, accurate, and insightful self-service reporting & analytics is a critical component to the administration experience.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll work closely with our engineering, design, data science, analytics, operations, and commercial teams to continually enhance our products and optimize healthcare value for employers, as well as employees and their dependents . You'll work closely with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to gather, structure, and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders to execute your roadmap across our deep technology stack and deliver industry-leading service at scale. 

What you will Do:

  • Own and drive the product  vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for our employer-facing platform
  • Build best-in-class, compliant, and intuitive tooling to help employers analyze, administer, and understand their plan performance
  • Apply your expertise in data, reporting, and analytics to inform a broader data strategy on how we expose and package analytics for consumption
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, business analysts, product engineers, and the many internal & external stakeholders to balance dependencies, priorities, and resources
  • Center the voice of the customer in your work by pulling from and continually seeking out feedback through interviews, user testing, and other research means
  • Work with our account management team to define, drive, measure, and monitor initiatives that contribute to one our biggest company objectives: create and retain delighted customers
  • Be the evangelist for your product area across all areas of the organization to find breakthrough opportunities for shared learning, partnership, and celebration 
  • Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to ensure that features are delivered with high quality, scalability, and efficiency
  • Communicate progress and maintain accountability to stakeholders, functional owners, and internal team members

Your skills include: 

  • 8 years of experience in healthcare technology product management 
  • Deep expertise in managing, analyzing, and reporting on complex data for actionable insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Fervent passion to solve healthcare challenges to improve the lives of others
  • Adaptability to thrive in highly complex and changing environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise software development, experience with data-based products highly preferred
  • Familiarity with operating in regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA, CCPA, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Transparency Statement 

This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (Lehi, UT and San Francisco, CA). #LI-hybrid

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off. $116,000$145,000 USD

$128,000$160,000 USD
