- Architect and Design Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures that solve complex business challenges, ensuring solutions are aligned with future growth and evolving requirements while adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on leveraging industry-leading technologies and frameworks to develop robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
- EDI Management: Ensure the proper handling and processing of EDI 834 Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance files, and other healthcare-related X12 EDI files.
- System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions between internal systems and external customers and partners.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2).
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, proposing and implementing continuous improvements to the architecture and processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect. Experience in healthcare X12 EDI specifications is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in building and scaling services.
- Demonstrate expertise in database design, optimization, and scaling, ensuring data solutions are efficient, reliable, and capable of supporting future business growth.
- Must be versed in cloud infrastructure such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
- Utilize extensive expertise in designing, developing, and scaling web APIs, ensuring secure, high-performance data exchange between systems, and supporting enterprise-level reliability and scalability.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare X12 EDI standards.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (San Francisco, CA or Lehi, UT). #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
