For the fourth year in a row, Cognite is undergoing rapid growth, and the digital marketing team has the mission to help Cognite reach its next big stage by scaling our presence on digital channels to achieve our most important commercial goals We are looking for an experienced Web Developer & Admin with experience in developing websites for marketing automation and conversion rate optimization to join our growing digital marketing team. Key activities and responsibilities: Be the technical lead of the development of Cognite.com and IgniteNews.com Manage & determine project requirements and developing work schedules Execute on development & loop in partners as needed Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard Responsible for implementation for technical SEO optimizations according to audit based on data Together with UX designer & digital specialist, analyze the performance of different content on the website and come up with optimization strategies Develop & manage experimentations and find the most optimal web design & solutions in line with commercial goals Drive important web-related initiatives together with Director of Growth & project manage content specialists and designer Keeping up-to-date with industry trends. Make sure our websites are built on the most modern frameworks related to user-experience and educate the larger team on best practices Performing troubleshooting as required About you: Development experience with websites based on HubSpot and/or WordPress Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills A growth-driven mind Why Cognite?
