The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for analyzing, supporting, and maintaining core compensation policies, programs, and processes to support the organization's business initiatives and strategic goals. This work includes supporting Total Rewards initiatives through the complete life cycle (concept to implementation) to achieve desired results and meet business objectives. This position will provide expertise and support for the timekeeping platform including the ability to troubleshoot, reconcile, and partner cross-functionally to implement system enhancements. Additionally, this role will play a part in monitoring Total Rewards programs, practices, and policies in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local statutes.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conducts analyses and creates high-level summaries to support leadership presentations and decision processes. Monitors and evaluates data from the timekeeping solution to produce workforce planning metrics and data to the support end user and to enable informed leader decisions.
  • Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user guides by developing training and documentation for teammates and end-user to increase efficiency, technical acumen, and product/system knowledge
  • Supports end-user testing of system updates to the timekeeping system including testing of upgrades and problem resolution through cross-functional partnerships
  • Audits compensation processes/ programs, and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and government regulations. Provides analytical support to identify gaps and inefficiencies in programs/processes.
  • Provides ongoing support, maintenance activities, and other duties as determined by the team
  • Supports the Administration of the timekeeping solution and understands the work performed by other Analysts to act as a backup for prescribed tasks

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • HR technologies, compensation modules, and compensation modeling and forecasting tools.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Kronos system user support
  • 1-3 years of experience with SAP system experience
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal, State, Local laws/regulations relating to compensation.
  • Experience in sourcing and managing salary benchmarking surveys, including job matching, survey submissions, comparative reviews, pay line analyses and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities with high-volume work periods combined with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to influence, and lead discussions utilizing data.
  • High-level and advanced proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through 3 to 5 years work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of increasing responsibility experience in data analysis, Kronos Administration, and compensation experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources or related experience.
