Job Overview

The Supervisor Space Management is responsible for leading and developing Space Management Specialists and POS Specialists to execute beverage resets and distribution of point of sale materials in our customer outlets. This position schedules all resets and special events and in their given Market Unit and territory.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages, leads, and motivates a team of Space Management and Point of Sales Specialists to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching and training; implementing continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus; and embodying Company Purpose and Values to inspire servant leadership.
  • Teaches, coaches and trains Space Management specialists and Point of Sale Specialists on reset processes and procedures that include merchandising, filling display racks, filling cold equipment and maintaining Point of Sale.
  • Plans reset and delivery workload, activities and customer visits through collaboration with Account Developers, Customer Development Managers and local Sales and Distribution Leadership Teams.
  • Schedules and prioritizes Space Management and Point of Sale Specialists workload and activities which includes providing contingency staffing to the Merchandising and Warehouse Teams.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with store personnel by establishing effective relationships during setting or resetting of each account.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Prior beverage reset, merchandising or sales experience preferred.
  • Experience managing a team is preferred.
  • Experience with electronic devices in tracking day to day work activities.
  • Organization skills, including inventory management skills preferred.
  • Willingness to work in fast paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively to satisfy needs of a variety of customers with differing demands and expectations

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 - 3 years of work experience
  • Valid Driver's License
