As the Strategy Orchestration Director for Latin America, you will orchestrate a lean & coherent end-to-end Strategic thinking and business planning process for the region (LRP, ABP, OKRs), working cross-functionally in coordination with the global office and partnership with Finance teams.

What You'll Do For Us

  • Build ONE consistent & comprehensive Growth Agenda to drive unique System engagement & alignment while engaging external stakeholders & global network with Latin America growth story
  • Ensure a lean & coherent E2E Strategic thinking and process from Long Range Plan to Annual Business Plan and OKRs while managing & optimizing organization workload
  • Collaborate with top management to shape and carry out strategic initiatives reflecting sound decision-making processes.
  • Cultivate and sustain rapport with essential stakeholders to guarantee strategic plan support and concurrence.
  • Direct cross-functional teams toward the accomplishment of strategic goals via informed decision-making.
  • Generate persuasive communication materials to present strategic frameworks and advancements to various stakeholders.

Qualification & Requirements

  • +10 years of experience in Consulting companies or in strategic planning roles
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate complex information, weigh alternatives, and make strategic choices that drive organizational success.
  • A strong history of effective stakeholder management, with an emphasis on building and fostering relationships across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, teams, and external partners.
  • Robust strategic vision with competency in setting long-term goals aligned with the company's mission and values.
  • Superior communication skills that enable the articulation of intricate ideas clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Expertise in crafting top-tier documents such as strategic plans, analytical reports, and compelling presentations tailored for diverse audiences.
