Position Overview:
He/she is a key player in the IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience) team, understanding the consumer, media dynamics, and competitive landscape and defining strategies and tactics to better connect with each brand's audience. Cascading overall marketing transformation to Turkey with data and audience centric mindset.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager, Media Operations will:
- Lead the development of connections plans across brands/campaigns, recommending allocation of activation DME (direct marketing expense) to different Touchpoints.
- Ensure we have the most effective and efficient media plans for our brands across Turkey via applying audience centric communication approach.
- Coordinating with different stakeholders (category, e-commerce) team to define right occasion, platform, and media strategy for business need.
- Coordinate media buying with all stakeholders, including agency and procurement, to ensure The Coca-Cola Company is performing efficient buying and receiving maximum value.
- Providing system with the status of our brand presence and performance in the various media types.
- Lead digital transformation with the utilization of the right data and tech partnership via partnering with the agency.
- Lift and shift best practices from other Operating Units and global teams in how to establish effective and efficient media planning and measurement solutions.

Related Work Experience:
- Significant marketing, media, and leadership experience in Turkey region (07-10 years)
- Direct experience with media strategy, planning, and negotiation, as well as social media channels
- Preference for individuals who have worked in agencies and/or media vehicles in the past
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
- Leading strategic conversations, negotiations and alignment with senior and key stakeholders
