Senior Manager, Digital Consumer Experience

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Consumer Experience Senior Manager with a strong background in digital marketing to create outstanding digital experiences for our portfolio of brands in the North America Operating Unit (NAOU). This role is essential in crafting memorable marketing experiences, collecting consumer data and driving consumer engagement in a digitally-led world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute innovative digital programs that inspire, engage, and provoke consumers across our owned channels.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with internal and external teams to deliver best-in-class digital executions that enhance consumer brand loyalty (CRM) and increase purchase frequency.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide insights into digital consumer behaviors and the evolving digital landscape, acting as a digital marketing thought leader.
  • Planning & Innovation: Utilize human insights, trends, and data to design and lead integrated digital activations, optimizing a consumer-first journey and end-to-end digital roadmap for the NAOU.
  • Consumer Engagement: Deliver memorable digital experiences through owned channels (websites, applications), fostering long-term relationships and driving digital transactions and collecting 1PD.
  • Platform Leverage: Work in partnership with category teams and global platforms to enhance digital owned platforms at the OU level.
  • Campaign Management: Execute breakthrough digital experiences and campaigns focused on timely delivery and budget optimization.
  • Agency Relationships: Manage and inspire agency partners to implement bold activations along the consumer journey.
  • CRM Strategy: Develop and manage CRM strategies leveraging consumer data to boost brand loyalty, retention, and recruitment.

Success Parameters:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, preferably within a consumer product goods company, integrated marketing agency, communications firm, or media partner.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to implement creative and agile breakthrough concepts, campaigns, and ideas.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the media landscape, tagging, digital platforms, data, and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Expertise in working with various partners, including agencies, media companies, and key digital partners (Apple, Google, Facebook, Amazon).

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Skills: Significant experience in digital campaigns, platforms, and data-driven experiences. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience working with IT.
  • Attributes: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Mastery Required:

  • Digital consumer expertise with a strong focus on data-analytics marketing activation.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence multi-disciplinary marketing stakeholders.
  • Team leadership and talent development, capable of leading agile cross-functional teams.
