As a Strategy Integration Senior Director, you will actively contribute to achieve the Europe Operating Unit (OU) strategy and goals in France while supporting the overall Europe/Global goals. You will specifically be responsible for (1) partnering with the France General Manager and our bottling partners co-creating and delivering our Annual Business Plan (2) driving the longer-term strategic direction of the FU and OU through identifying and leading strategic projects; and (3) identifying, connecting and communicating truly game-changing market and business insights to enable impactful strategies with our Consumers, Customers and Stakeholders.
You will demonstrate your great leadership skills as well as your willingness to make a difference in every aspect but most importantly when leading your local team members. The role reports into the West Europe Strategy Integration Senior Director II, and supports the France GM.

What You'll Do for Us
- Lead the development and coordination of ABP/ LRP and facilitate the collaboration with our bottling partners and TCCC functions
- Lead key local KO and system routines with bottler to drive business priorities and aligment
- Identify and lead strategic projects/ research in support of the growth goals for the Franchise and managing the Franchise strategic project portfolio, working with local teams and Central functions
- Contribute to performance management agenda, leading root-causes analyses on strategic issues and working on defining course-corrective actions with the network. Own key analysis including industry outlook leveraging consumer, shopper and customer knowledge to make the analysis insightful and actionable
- Connect the dots by pulling relevant data and insights from Insights Network (Strategy Insights + Human Insights + Platform Services) across the OU and beyond to identify granular opportunities and create actionable initiatives at franchise level
- Engage key decision-makers around the opportunities, lead or participate in cross-functional projects to develop respective plans
- Lead and manage multiple top-level interactions and negotiations with senior management team members of The Coca-Cola System
- Leverage the OU network and import/export best practices and good ideas to address the Franchise Unit business challenges.
- Coach and develop 2 direct reports to maximize full and current potential
- Role model the 'Leadership in the Network' definition
- Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders
Role Requirements
- Significant Business and/or functional experience in Operation / Strategy related areas. Ex-consulting experience can be advantageous
- People management experience with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator, and influencer.
- Must be mastered in the development of actionable compelling insights, strategies and initiatives at the market level
- Proven ability to manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders
- Role model the 'Leadership in the Network' definition
- Strong negotiation, influence and communication skills to align strategies as well as build value-based relationships through numerous sensitive situations are essential
- Proven ability to write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging
- Solid knowledge about potential data sources available on the market ("market intelligence")
- Knowledge about consumer, beverages market, retail and of standard research methodologies
- High proficient to build long-term and holistic strategies and plans
- Proficient in multifunctional project management
- Fluent English is required, along with fluency in French preferred
- Travel requirements: 15%
