  • Lead and develop sales strategies to retain and expand current customer relationships, ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution.

  • Engage in client engagement activities, identifying business requirements, preparing proposals, and suggesting appropriate products, services, and solutions.
  • Develop and implement medium to long-term sales plans to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
  • Oversee business development activities, including the formation of alliance/partnership networks.
  • Conduct pricing research and develop pricing strategies in line with competitor analysis and market trends.
  • Lead market research efforts, predicting current and future consumer behavior to inform sales strategies.
  • Drive organizational alignment and commitment against Company vision, strategy, and priorities.
  • Lead operating routines against the execution of the National Retail Sales Value Proposition.
  • Assist Account Executives (AEs) with the assessment and customer segmentation process on an annual basis.
  • Build organizational capabilities within regions and bottlers that deliver results aligned with our business plan.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 5+ years in the consumer goods industry and sales/marketing or major account management.
  • 3+ years' experience managing professional sales teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Expertise in market research data analysis, including platforms like Nielsen, and the ability to develop successful business plans.
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Expert knowledge in system economics, products, services, and value chain model.
  • Proficient in analytical thinking, establishing collaborative relationships, personal influence, negotiating, and leveraging system resources.
  • Ability to lead through change and build sustainable organizational capabilities.
  • Strong aptitude for developing and sustaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
