Overview

The HR Solution Portfolio Senior Director is responsible for aligning digital HR needs with business goals, optimizing the HR solutions portfolio, driving digital maturity, and ensuring efficient project management and implementation of HR technologies. This role serves as a crucial link between HR Technology teams, stakeholders, and the HR community to enhance operations, data insights, and user experience, while conducting cost-benefit analyses and proactively promoting existing solutions.

- Align digital needs and assessments with business objectives.

- Foster straight-through processing by connecting various applications and solutions.

- Liaise with HR Technology teams for the implementation and enhancement of new solutions, offering project management support.

- Optimize the HR solutions portfolio by eliminating redundant solutions and promoting the use of existing ones.

- Evaluate and select the best HR technologies to drive digital maturity.

- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments with stakeholders and business leaders.

- Promote the usage of existing HR solutions to improve operations, data insights, and user experience.

- Maintain an up-to-date map of all digital solutions.

- Act as a liaison between the HR community, the employee experience hub, and technology teams.

Program Management:

- Provide Scrum Master and Program Management services to HR technology teams.

- Advocate Agile methodologies, providing user training and support.

- Support financial processes for the HR Solutions organization.

- Maintain metrics and KPIs for the HR Solutions organization.

Enterprise Help Platforms:

- Lead implementation and maintenance of help platforms for the Employee Experience Hub, including Microsoft Dynamics and Azure DevOps.

- Troubleshoot and provide support for Microsoft Dynamics.

- Support platform enhancements and maintenance activities.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred.

Related Work Experience:

  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of overall work experience in relevant areas.
  • Management Consulting experience preferred
  • Experience in human resource management processes and systems.
  • Experience in all aspects of project management of Technology and non-Technology related projects.
  • Experience balancing immediate and short-term needs and delivering results.

Travel: 25% - Globally.

Skills:

  • SCRUM methodology and tools such as Jira, AzureDevOps
  • Workday, ATS, LMS, Qualtrics and any other
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity as well as lead change.
  • Fluent English, multilingual a plus.
  • Ability to work across multiple cultures.
  • Managing team leaders
  • Management of cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Relationship - Ability to facilitate and accelerate the business relationship based upon an understanding of the customer.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple priorities on the same project.
  • Program Management - Ability to provide oversight and management of multiple initiatives.
  • Project Management - Ability to manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria), business case, develop and manage project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Strong data and analytical skills and capabilities. Ability to leverage data and analytical capabilities to create key decision support tools (executive presentations, business cases, white papers).
  • Strong writing, communication and content capabilities (Needs to be able to interact with Chief People Officer and Chief Information Officer and their direct reports).
  • Proven ability to integrate new systems, tools and technologies including social networking and mobile tools.
