Senior Director, CCMG Customer Marketing

Position Summary:
The Customer Marketing Senior Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives targeted at our customer base. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, shopper behaviors, and preferences, and create engaging marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities: Based the consumer Insights and customer Segmentation, drive the efficient investment strategy to further develop the customer P&L.

Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Segment the customer base based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to create targeted marketing campaigns.

Develop customer personas to better understand our customers and inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Development and Execution
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events.
Create compelling marketing collateral, such as emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better results.

Customer Engagement and Retention
Develop strategies to engage and retain existing customers, including loyalty programs, personalized offers, and customer communications.
Manage customer communications, ensuring timely and relevant responses to inquiries and feedback.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and customer needs.

Provide marketing support for new product launches and promotions.
Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to execute marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
Education and Experience
Bachelor or above in marketing, business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in customer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Skills and Abilities
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
