What You'll Do for Us:
- Provide scientific and regulatory affairs expertise and guidance throughout all stages of the innovation process, ensuring the safety and regulatory compliance of our ingredients and packaging materials while inspiring and enabling innovation.
- Support and contribute to the product category innovation pipeline and strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as the Operating Unit Marketing, Global SRA, Global Development Innovation (GDI), Research to Experimentation (RtE), Legal, Public Affairs Communication & Sustainability (PACS), Suppliers, and trade associations.
- Lead and coordinate multi-market innovation initiatives by providing scientific and regulatory expertise on new product concepts, new ingredients, and recipes.

- Ensure that all ingredients, formulas, products, labels, packaging, promotional materials, and marketing communications comply with relevant local regulations and The Coca-Cola Company's policies and guidelines in collaboration with Local SRA leads.
- Manage the approval process for ingredients, products, packages, labels, claims, and communications using various compliance-related tools.
- Proactively provide SRA driven risk assessments into the innovation process to facilitate prioritization and decision making.
- Proactively provide expert assessments of external relevant trends, competitive products landscape, and best practices.
- Collaborate proactively with Public Affairs Communication & Sustainability (PACS), Marketing, Legal, and Governmental Affairs areas to maintain and enhance the credibility and reputation of both new and existing products.
- Develop and manage internal processes, databases and tools to facilitate regulatory compliance ways of working.
- Support and lead as necessary the development and implementation of efficient and effective regulatory compliance systems, process and tools.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation within the food industry.
- Master degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, Food Science)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and network organisations
- Strong ability to think innovatively and provide creative solutions to empower and drive innovation.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Curious & keen understanding of new technologies, of growing industry trends
- Ability to translate and apply best practices.
- Strong understanding and ability to learn about global regulatory environments and market dynamics.
