Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor provides directions to all Quality Assurance employees in the Manufacturing facility.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Direct Quality Assurance (QA) employees in a Manufacturing facility
- Maintain corporate and franchise partner standards as well as Environmental Health & Safety standards
- Establish operational procedures in collaboration with Quality Assurance Manager
- Ensure that all QA equipment is in excellent operating order
- Ensure that all work assessments and activities are in accordance with policies of the company and presiding collective bargaining agreements
- Focus on removing costs, continuous improvement, removing inefficiencies, and complexity for the Manufacturing facility
- Ensure that all company, franchise owners, and federal and provincial policies, standards and guidelines are maintained
- Other projects or duties as assigned
