North Zone & Flavors Portfolio Activation Senior Director

What You'll Do for Us

  • Front-Line Marketing Sr Sr. Director will:
    • Drive bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, DME investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and Integrated Marketing Experience Campaigns) in partnership with Customer and Commercial Leadership and Operations Leadership.
    • Provide strategic and executional / Operations unit specific input on Market-level portfolio strategy, brand plans (activities, calendars, execution of allocated DME) and local innovation opportunities
    • Lead regional market development to ensuring the right implementation of projects
    • Provide market input for the development of market-level Innovation projects
    • Provide input to localization and real-time amplification of Integrated Marketing Experience Campaigns within the Operations units
    • Execute local media buying that cannot be bought at Company level (through Marketing procurement, in coordination with Integrated Marketing Experience)
    • Manage brand activation at the local level, including POS activations and promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging Marketing assets), in coordination with with bottlers
    • Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Front-Line Marketing Sr. Director will carry out duties through her/his team (including situational coaching and talent development) and individually; and interacting regularly with Company Marketing Lead and broader OU marketing team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Significant Marketing and leadership experience (14+ years), including leading teams
  • Direct experience with marketing activation
  • Business and commercial acumen, including financial expertise
  • Preferred experience working with The Coca-Cola Company external partners (bottlers and customers)
  • Experience working with marketing in large Operational Units preferred
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
