Manager, Material Operations
The Manager, Material Operations, reporting to the Regional Director, Materials Operations, leads the materials supply execution for assigned CPS plant(s). The role leads a team of Material Operations Analysts who are responsible for ensuring the local execution of materials supply for ingredients and packaging within their near-term execution horizon to meet production and sales requirements.
What you'll do for us:
- Lead mitigation plans for ensuring supply continuity at plant level (risk analysis, supply continuity taskforce lead, mitigation plan follow-up, and related reporting)
- End to End Raw Material Inventory Policy review and recommendation for the assigned categories
- Lead collaborative routines with key suppliers and stakeholders. (Suppliers on-boarding, suppliers business review, contract status routines)
- Ensure Materials Planning Transformation adoption for all new tools and the standards set by the CoE
- Ensure missing parts and under policy report/dashboard are issued for the managed materials, root causes defined, mitigation actions monitored, and keep the plant informed
- Monitor Materials Planning KPI's at Plant level Metrics for mandated stock, SSDR, WOS, BP Target etc.
- Lead a team of Material Operations Planning Analysts ensuring they effectively manage plant materials supply, as well as supporting their continuous improvement of capabilities. The role will be responsible for engaging, developing and inspiring this team of Analysts.

Requirements and qualifications:
- Communication with BCP and Global Planning team to follow up and execute different strategies
- Frequent connection to Suppliers to ensure supply continuity as required
- Participate in the CPS Materials Planning routines. Execute the agreed business plan commitments for CPS Materials Planning
- Execute basic routines to ensure supply continuity and lead collaborative routines with key suppliers and stakeholders
