We are currently seeking a Market Execution Consultant who is experienced in developing and implementing channel and customer marketing and sales plans.
What You'll Do for Us
- Lead the development of integrated commercial strategies and plans that are designed in a customer-back and consumer-centric way.
- Consolidate shopper, channel, and customer insights to input into the development of the brands' strategy to increase value of their deliverables to accelerate growth in a networked approach.
- Optimize our system execution across channels in close collaboration with the Franchise, Frontline Commercial and Marketing Teams and our Franchise Bottlers and other Distribution Partners.
- Develop strong shopper, commercial and customer-relevance marketing programs to drive customer and consumer interest into drive incidence.
- Define key execution and performance metrics for opportunity identification at scale and initiatives tracking, to understand optimization potential.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in defining the strategy and marketing plans to build a brand and the practical experience of commercializing and executing disparate operating models.
- Experience across different functions demonstrating an ability to lead complex businesses and influence key stakeholders (brand management, category management, marketing, e-commerce, sales and operations).
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer sales or operations role calling on senior level buyers, general operations experience and project management experience are all ideal
- Brand, Trade, Customer or Channel Marketing experience.
- Leadership experience in Commercial Planning, Commercial Execution, Trade Marketing, with exposure to Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management (Pricing) 'RGM', Channel Segmentation, Digital, Value To Market 'VTM', Innovation and Portfolio strategy.
- Proven strategic and analytical skills as well as outstanding influencing skills.
