Job description summary:

The Benefits Platform Manager will partner with Global People Function leadership, HR Operational teams and external vendors to support and deliver the strategy, services and solutions for Benefits platform. This role is responsible to maximize The Coca-Cola Company's investment in the Benefits platforms by fully leveraging the platform's capabilities.

By driving adoption and championing continuous improvement, you will help us enhance and streamline business processes and ensure the end-to-end solution is designed and configured to meet Coca-Cola's requirements. This role will be required to understand Coca-Cola policies and practices and liaise between our internal Payroll, Benefits, and Rewards teams and our external vendor resources to analyze and design enhancements and new features in the platforms.

Job Description

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • Support Benefits platform change request: Responsible for capturing and executing with time and quality the changes needed in the system to meet the business needs.
  • Execution and set up of benefits reporting.
  • Maintains roadmap for the products
  • Be a consultant to Coca-Cola's business teams and the Global People Function organization to find solutions for requirements, opportunities, and problems, and to deliver process and technology improvements.
  • Understand the full spectrum of the Benefit technology domain, external providers and integrations amongst the various components. Consider the upstream, downstream and cross domain impacts when making design decisions to ensure minimal business disruption
  • Conduct working sessions in large, global organization to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements for various functional areas.
  • Understand the needs of the Rewards team to manage Benefits plans and administration cycles and how these can be met with existing technology.
  • Work with vendors to design, prototype, configure, test and deliver benefits technology solutions represent the 'voice of the customer' - keeping the needs of employees, people managers and business leaders at the center of all design and deployment decisions.
  • Ensure vendors are demonstrating configurations through iterative development of prototypes to gain customer acceptance of the business processes
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas
  • Maximize solutions adoption by employees, managers and the Global People Function through on-going communications and training.
  • Support Benefits Operations by suggesting monitoring and recommending ways to better utilize technology, proactively identify and create metrics to drive operational improvements and institute and enforce data and process standards across managed functional areas to ensure consistent and simple solutions

Functional Skills:

  • Demonstrated understanding of domestic and international HR processes and requirements in the areas of Benefits integrations
  • Proven technology implementation and process enhancement experience
  • Proven change agent who can influence decision makers to improve and streamline current processes and practices
  • Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written) with executive and business leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of leading edge technology trends and their application to HR and HR systems
  • Experience delivering and optimizing HR technology-based solutions and tools

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Required Technical and Professional Experience:

  • At least 5 years' experience in the HR technology solutions
  • At least 5 years' experience in business processes including analysis and requirements gathering
  • Excellent skills with Excel and data manipulation

Additional Experience and Attributes:

  • Prior ERP or other systems consulting preferred
  • Darwin experience preferred
  • Hands on experience implementing technology solutions for HR operations
  • Strong project management and methodologies experience with ability to create and manage comprehensive project plans
  • Experience leading teams in complex organizational environment
  • Agility
