Based in Tuas, Singapore

Please note that due to Singapore statutory regulations, we will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Coca-Cola's sponsorship of a visa.

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving and Processing Ingredients:

  • Inspect the quality and quantity of received items from Warehouse.
  • Record and manage inventory using company systems such as SAP, MII, Microsoft office application.
  • Use system such as SAP , EGS, WIP (Work-in-Progress) Bin tracking system to determine which Workcenter required WIP or Ingredient based on schedule priorities.

Storage and Organization:

  • Stage products (WIP bins), stage empty bins at work centers, Ingredients at work centers, and supplies systematically for easy access and retrieval. (Use of WIP Bin tracker system, SAP )
  • Overseeing the batteries of UWC tags.
  • Maintain and replace the faulty UWC tags
  • Check stock to ensure the use of older items first (FIFO - First In, First Out).

Inventory Management:

  • Work with Operations System Analyst to determine ways to mistake -proof process with the use of Shopfloor system etc.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Monthly IM count
  • Weekly WM count
  • Biweekly RSC carton count
  • Biweekly pallet count
  • Update inventory records to reflect accurate stock levels.
  • Notify supervisors of low stock levels or discrepancies.

Equipment Operation:

  • Support COBOT setup to facilitate changeover.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform regular GMP and safety checks on equipment.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Comply with company policies and legal regulations regarding handling and transportation of materials.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Engineering or relevant technical field.
  • Prior experience in a production or material handling role is preferred.
  • Use of digital tools such as Bin Tracker, SAP and Power BI Dashboards

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.

Physical Abilities:

  • Comfortable with lifting objects weighing up to 25 kg on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
