Consultant, Strategic Insights & Analysis

At the Coca-Cola Company our strategy is driven by deep category insights to determine 'Where to Play' and 'How to Win'. This role is responsible for managing and deeply understanding our different raw data sources to connect the dots between data, insights, and actionable strategy. This role supports essential strategic priorities and guides the organization in developing and providing strategic consultation on company goals and priorities. We're looking for someone with a strategic mindset who combines capabilities in data analytics with a deep understanding of the CPG sector.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Perform detailed quantitative analysis on category and competitor to develop meaningful insights to address our biggest business challenges. Ask the right questions, know what data is needed to perform the analysis, then synthesize into insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner and collaborate inside and outside of Strategy with Functions/OUs/Platform Services based on the priorities of the enterprise and the department.
  • Connect different data sources to deliver a holistic understanding of the market to answer business questions and drive strategic conversations.
  • Prepare share and business review materials for a high-level audience.
  • Manage our databases and continuously find opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as an internal consultant or data/insights expert when necessary on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Data Science related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in Insights or Strategic Planning with strong data management and analytical ability.
  • Knowledge of statistics; programming and data/information science knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-starter with superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills along with boundless curiosity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and oral and written communication skills; outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • Problem solving, process mind-set and analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to rotate across priorities, leverage relationships with key business partners, comfortable in working closely with OUs/Functions/Platform Services.
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Chinese.
