Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process for both internal and external candidates from specialized groups such as Canada, hourly workers, bottler transfers, mobility, student programs, foreign national local hires, contingent workers (CWs), and internship programs globally. The role will also handle new hire logistics to ensure all required documentation, as stipulated by company and regional legal frameworks, is completed prior to the start date.
What You'll Do For Us:
- Develop interview scheduling logistics, gather availability from interviewers and candidates, arrange travel for candidates, and distribute final interview schedules and necessary materials.
- Prepare offer letters and packages and follow up on candidates' acceptances to facilitate their enrollment with the company.

- Create and maintain contracts and agreements for special populations.
- Manage policies to support the referral program, international assignees and company transitions.
- Gather candidates' information to support required background checks for FNLH.
- Assist in implementing employment arrangements to facilitate the global mobility of associates, including transfers to and from bottlers, joint ventures, and other operations.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, rehires, and bottler transfers.
- Participate in projects as needed.
Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Related Work Experience: At least 3 years' experience in Recruiting Processes, HR environment or Shared Services.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Belgium, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish is a plus.
Key Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to conduct high quality telephone conversations and guidance with process participants, recruiters, managers/peers.
- Knowledge of the global talent acquisition discipline around candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection methodologies to help ensure a positive, innovative and world class candidate experience.
- Knowledge of data analysis methods and tendencies that includes the ability to use tools for interpretation and action of data.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, processes, and interrelationships of data transfers (e.g., Workday, Salesforce).
- Manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting gates and success KPIs criteria) by establishing clear goals and accountabilities; developing project plans, allocating resources; identifying potential issues/risks and developing contingency plans.
- Knowledge of information and procedures used to determine position requirements based on region and country legal frameworks and policies.
- Ability to build relationships in different countries/different cultures and conduct global world class processes while interacting with various Coca Cola teams under any possible scenarios and timelines.
