Please note: This is not a Remote role and will require the incumbent to be based in Taguig, Philippines and follow a hybrid work schedule. This is an Individual Contributor role.

  • Process standard Employee Relation (ER) and Voluntary Separation requests based on specifications from HR Partners and/or Managers. Analyze associate data to determine applicable plans/programs based on criteria. Apply company's interpretation of local labor regulations to separation materials and severance payout. Provide multiple QA throughout process to ensure completion and accuracy.
  • Support large scale requests (e.g. Reduction in Force, Restructure and Realignment activity). Preparation of customized materials - Separation Letters, Employment Verification Letter, Special Payment Negotiations, Extension requests, and relevant customer-client communications.
  • Support voluntary and involuntary separations transactions on the HR system for Asia Pacific region. This includes data management of separation activities in Workday, maintain vacation entitlement and reporting separation details and payment requirements to Payroll and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for researching and responding to standard inquiries from employees and escalating nonstandard cases to Advanced Care Transition team. Provide support by researching, processing, and/or analyzing various types of benefits information, transactions, and data.
  • Process troubleshoot and recommend changes to HR transactions to improve timeliness and accuracy of processing. Provide oversight to regional activity.
  • Address unemployment claims for associates involuntarily leaving the company.
  • Minimize processing errors and improve customer satisfaction with the termination process.
  • Document processes and update resulting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Serve as back-up for peer Separations Consultants supporting other regions/geographies (ADD)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business or related field
  • 3+ years professional work experience in a Human Resource functional role
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge of systems, processes, and interrelationships of data transfers. Experience with contemporary applications and devices. Workday, Salesforce, Ultipro and MS Dynamics knowledge a plus
  • The ability to analyze and interpret data with experience designing and running reports into quantitative and qualitative summaries for business use.
  • Ability to cultivate and disseminate meaningful data interpretation to support business objectives and key activities
  • Customer service skills with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Full English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills
