This role supports the company's global Contingent Worker (CW) records and HRIS-Workday processes and assists staffing agency needs in Latin America & Western Europe. About 75% of the work involves CW Records & Tracking support, including handling complex CW inquiries, coordinating with the Workday team on CW projects, and updating intranet guides. The remaining 25% involves supporting staffing agency needs, coordinating CW-Staff Augmentation requisitions, and guiding managers on contracting tasks for resources required in Latin America and/or Western Europe.

What You'll Do For Us:

  • Contingent Worker Data Management
  • Responding to HR & Manager's CW processing & policy Questions either from direct inquiry or as Tier 2/3 support on manager inquiries
  • Performing Workday User Acceptance Testing for Contingent Worker related Workday processes and change requests
  • Supporting any CW initiatives that require updates to Workday data and/or coordination of data and actions for Workday mass uploads
  • Coach & advise regarding requests related to managing CW populations
  • Maintain Workday master data of Contingent Worker Employers/Suppliers and follow up on related question
  • Contingent Labor Contracts for Latin America and Western Europe
  • Coordinating staffing requisitions and related required process steps with hiring managers and agencies.
  • Maintain points of contact of approved staffing agencies by country
  • Maintain documentation of related contracts, requisitions, and work orders.
  • Guide managers and agencies on any contract changes, renewals and contract close out.
  • Meet monthly with the Contingent Worker Business Process Lead (CW BPL) and Regional CW SMEs to monitor and discuss CW related Workday & Help Ticket activity

Basic Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, for data analysis.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including doing business in English yet across regions and cultures.
  • Experience in providing detailed and clear technical guides and training to others.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A customer service attitude to respond positively and helpfully to internal requesters.
  • Willingness to learn and apply new skills as needed.
  • Familiarity or ability to learn and apply skills in data gathering (e.g. creating MS Forms) and data management
  • Familiarity with Workday terminology and processes
  • Familiarity with Contingent Labor agency contracts and/or typical talent acquisition processes (requisition, shortlisting, assessment, offer, required documents)
