Key Responsibilities
As a Strategy Graduate, you will be involved in shaping Coca-Cola's strategic vision. You will analyze market data, support decision-making on key initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations that align with the company's growth ambitions.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies that drive sustainable growth.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in creating business cases for new product innovations, acquisitions, or market expansions.
- Collaborate with various teams to align strategic objectives with business operations.
- Help analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in long-term planning processes and strategic projects.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree completed by September 2025.
- Availability to start full-time (40 hours/week) on October 1, 2025.
- Legal eligibility to work in the country you are applying for
- No more than 3 years of full-time professional experience.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership through roles in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings.
- Desire to lead change, manage complex projects, and collaborate with people in a fast paced, high-performance environment.
- Openness to different perspectives and a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Previous internship experience with The Coca-Cola Company or its system partners is an advantage.
- Skills and attributes: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex challenges and develop effective solutions. Highly analytical and confident working with numbers, data, and insights to inform decisions. Solid understanding of Coca-Cola's business strategy and industry landscape. Able to balance immediate priorities with long-term objectives to drive sustainable growth and deliver impactful results.
