Monarch Distributing is hiring for a CDL Class A Delivery Driver in the Indianapolis area. We are looking for prospective candidates with at least 1 year of touch-freight delivery experience that would like to join Indiana's largest beer distributor. This role is home daily and works Mon-Friday morning shift.

Pay: $80,000 1st year average earnings

Pay Transparency Statement:

Position Summary:
Responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and timely, courteous delivery of product to our customers.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle
- Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
- Maneuver vehicle and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles
- Unload and deliver products to our customer utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments
- Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel
- Complete delivery and pick up paperwork
- Pick up returned product as required
- Collect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc.
- Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
- Complete company training and certifications as required
- Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workers
- Other projects or duties as assigned
