BODYARMOR is looking for a Commercial Finance Associate Manager to join our team.

The Commercial Finance Associate Manager will maintain and enhance key topline reports, analyze trends and help drive monthly and weekly forecast processes. The individual will work closely with Sales, RGM, Supply Chain and Finance counterparts as a steward of BASN historical and forecast sales information including volume, trade spend and revenue by channel and product segment. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple projects at a time in a fast-moving environment with high attention to detail, is an expert in excel and a proactive, succinct communicator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and shape the volume forecast statistical model, a key driver of performance management and strategic decision making across the company
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting, offering insights on channel and product segment performance
  • Serve as the custodian of BODYARMOR's sales data, overseeing volume, trade spend, and revenue reporting by channel and product segment for internal leadership and Coca-Cola stakeholders
  • Develop presentation materials and executive summaries for topline forecast outputs tailored for leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Drive continuous process enhancement initiatives, working cross-functionally with IT and commercial counterparts to rationalize data sources and build reports that enhance visibility to key performance metrics
  • Partner with Sales, RGM, Supply Chain and Finance to analyze performance, assess variances, and provide actionable insights
  • Continuously improve demand forecast accuracy aligning to specific departmental objectives and priorities
  • Maintain a list of risks and opportunities for each forecast iteration ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Manage periodic or ad hoc sales reporting and analysis tasks, interpreting various volume and trade spend data sets to synthesize and share insights with leadership as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hybrid presence in Whitestone, NY office required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4 years of experience, preferably within investment banking, CPG commercial finance or public accounting
  • Expert in MS Excel with very strong modeling capabilities
  • Reliable, hard-working & proactive team player with can-do attitude
  • Creative thinker who can work independently
  • Some travel, including air travel may be required
