Job Summary

The Change Management & Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting efforts in change management, technical training, and communication activities for CN's Elevate Business Transformation Program (e.g., Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) S/4HANNA and other systems outside SAP). The role works closely with the Change Management team, different business functions, and Information and Technology (I&T) stakeholders to ensure that people, process, and technology changes are prioritized. Furthermore, the role ensures Change Management best practices are applied, and CN's Training and Communication guidelines are followed to ensure adoption of the new systems, processes and ways of working.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis for various change initiatives and projects
• Support to develop and execute change management plans, including communication, training and sustainment activities.
• Support the design and delivery of training programs, including instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning solutions, using adult learning principles and best practices
• Coordinate and manage training logistics, such as scheduling, registration, and evaluation
• Develop training materials and resources for support such as job aids, quick reference guides, presentations and videos
• Ensure training materials are available (in English and French) for end users in Sharepoint, Learning Management System and in SAP Enable Now for Train the Trainer and End User Training.
• Support to monitor and evaluate the outcomes and benefits of change and training interventions, using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Draft communications, follow review cycles and approvals as well as ensure communication and training plans are up to date
• Provide feedback and recommendations on change and training effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners and vendors
• Stay abreast of current trends and developments in organizational change management and training
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development Specialist and the Change management team to find improvement opportunities and provide recommendations

Requirements

• Fluently bilingual, both written and verbal (English, French)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, education, or related field.
• Experience in organizational change management or training will be an asset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Strong, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, e-learning authoring, and communication tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, SAP Enable Now, LMS Cornerstone, etc.)
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Any experience/education/skills/knowledge for these above would be considered as an asset

This position is posted as a grade 11. For internal candidates, note that the grade level of the position may adjust based on the employee's experience.
