We've partnered with a leading technology company to help manage and grow their Third Party Reviews to create a best-in-class experience, including brand awareness, acquisition, customer service, and advocacy discussions and opportunities.

In support of this project, we're looking for a Third Party Reviews Specialist who possesses a mix of community moderation and brand engagement skills. This role focuses on connecting users with content and solutions related to our brand partner's products and services.

The Impact You Will Make:

  • Drive positive, unique, and outstanding forum experience through expert moderation and engagement on behalf of the brand partner.
  • Provide technical aptitude and expertise in a way that is comprehensive yet easy to understand.
  • Drive brand adoption, alleviate customer service issues, increase customer satisfaction, and encourage brand loyalty through forum experience and efforts.
  • Represent the brand partner (and their respective products/services), in line with brand voice and tone, product knowledge, corporate guidelines, and training, while also developing a strong understanding of trends, preferences, and dislikes of current and potential customers through forum discussions.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely oversight, moderation, or direct support/assistance as required, per program-specific playbook, including response priorities, critical metrics, service levels, and quality assurance framework.
  • Ensure all communication posted on behalf of brand partner adheres to playbook and guidelines including protocol, voice/tone, and escalation procedures.
  • Ensure all forum issues are processed correctly and in a timely manner using the appropriate and necessary tools and processes.
  • Provide accurate and relevant feedback on internal processes and tools to internal departments and/or brand partner clients to help optimize current processes.

What You Bring:

  • Passion for creating and delivering best-in-class customer experience (CX) through brand engagement, including awareness, customer service support and advocacy opportunities.
  • Understand the difference between using social, including community forums, personally versus on behalf of a brand - and the responsibility that comes with the latter.
  • High-level understanding of the similarities, differences, strengths and weaknesses of social media networks, messaging apps, community forums, and consumer review sites. If you don't know the difference between a social network like Twitter and a forum like Reddit... this job is probably not for you.
  • Pop culture knowledge is also a bonus! We aim to build teams who bring a variety of personal passions to the mix, as we often have opportunities to tap into this to make our engagements even more personalized!
  • 1-2+ years of experience managing community forums or social communities for brands or organizations preferred, or similar marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comprehension skills and thorough attention to detail.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Excellent grasp of grammar, punctuation, and spelling nuances of the English language.
  • Previous experience with community forums technology platforms / tools (such as Khoros) is highly desirable.
  • 1+ years of experience with Google Suite Programs and MS Office programs.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • True ownership mindset with resilience and resolve to follow-through.
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute is desirable.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Ability to work 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, along with occasional weeknights and/or weekends for special event coverage.
