Who We're Looking For - Growth Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Growth Designer to join our team. The Growth Designer will be pivotal in enhancing the user experiences across our digital products and platforms to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that contribute to business growth.

With your exceptional design skills and analytical approach, you will create designs that blend functionality with visual appeal, fulfilling the needs of our partners, internal stakeholders, and SEO initiatives. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the continued growth of our company. You will be responsible for developing scalable, responsive, and easy-to-navigate user experiences that exceed our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) goals. Your responsibilities will include discovering insights, identifying opportunities, and presenting them to peers and leadership. Additionally, you will initiate experiments, evaluate their performance, and work with the engineering team to iterate and implement tests or features.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Conduct User Research and Analysis: Perform user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Experimentation and Iteration: Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences. Analyze results and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to incorporate user insights into product design and development-present findings and recommendations to peers and leadership.
  • Optimization and Innovation: Identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve user journeys. Develop innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and drive business metrics.
  • Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure digital products comply with accessibility standards and advocate for inclusive design principles to make products accessible to users of all abilities.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth design. Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Educational Background: A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in UX design, growth design, or a related field. Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform design decisions. Experience with user research methods and techniques is crucial.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility Standards: Understanding of accessibility guidelines and experience designing accessible digital products is preferred.
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking: A passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, focusing on optimizing designs for conversions.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
