Role Summary:
The Insurance Risk Analyst will work closely and support the Director of Risk Management by analyzing financials and support the insurance needs for the organization. This analytical and highly organized professional will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to collect data and facilitate insurance renewals with a focus on Property and Casualty. This important role will be integral in ensuring Cinemark's Risk Management Department is operating within industry best-practices and impact the total cost of risk by providing great value and attention to our internal and external partners.

A Day in the Life of a Risk Management Analyst:
- Gather data, assess, and prepares submissions for various global insurance lines of coverage
- Collaborate with internal international finance partners to obtain exposure data and provide to international brokers
- Maintain and update statement of values for domestic and international
- Reports and processes first-party domestic property claims, monitors payments/reimbursements
- Oversee and facilitate international projects, coverages and inquiries, operates as a liaison between international countries and brokers
- Analyze quarterly and YOY GL/WC data and collaborates with internal teams to mitigate risk
- Assess actuary reports and delivers P&C quarterly accrual reports
- Analyze loss experience as needed for special projects as requested by Supervisor
- Produce periodic reporting on key risk management metrics for variance audiences
- Assists with preparing insurance budget and invoice reconciliation
- Tracks key metrics for risk management performance goals and reports progress as needed
- Oversees and maintains RMIS
- Oversees Certificates of Insurance process for the CSC
- Additional tasks as requested by supervisor
What You Will Need to Have:
- 3+ years of Risk Management, Insurance, or Brokerage
- ARM, CIC, CRM, or CPCU a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of RMIS and technical support is a plus
- Must be Team Player
- Must have strong communication and writing skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be results oriented
- Professional discretion is required as sensitive or confidential issues may arise
- Demonstrate strong business acumen
- High level of enthusiasm, energy and can-do attitude
