2025 Internship Program:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Corporate Internship Program located at the Cinemark Service Center in Plano, TX.

This is a 10-week paid learning experience from June 2nd to August 8th, offering $15.00 per hour. Interns will follow a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and will work 40 hours per week during standard business hours.
The role of a Design and Construction Intern:
This Intern will gain a breadth of exposure across the entire design and construction process, as well as a depth of experience within the design development phase. This role offers an opportunity to engage with multiple aspects of architecture while supporting the ongoing efforts to improve efficiency and consistency within the design process.
Responsibilities:
- Process Management
- Review and document a project's life cycle from Planning and Design to Construction by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with the due diligence phase of a project via site feasibility studies and local jurisdiction entitlement requirements, such as Planning and Zoning
- Support the Design & Construction team through the Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Document phases
- Design Development
- Utilize 3D design software to develop high-quality renderings, showcasing visuals of project appearances with attached finishes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Real Estate, Creative Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Construction to ensure internal alignment
Requirements:
- Current Junior or Senior at an accredited university
- Pursuing a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction or related fields
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, or similar 3D design software required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across all departments and levels
- Curious by nature, creative, and eager to take initiative
- Process-driven with demonstrated organizational and project management skills
