  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a waterfall-based delivery model
  • Leads project teams with moderate or high risk, complexity, and resource requirements
  • Maintain (or create as needed) all project-related documentation, including project plans, process flows, open item logs, risk/issue logs, project status reports, scope documentation, SOW's or change requests, handover documents, etc
  • Proactively communicate project progress to both customers and internal stakeholders and facilitate project-related meetings to meet deliverables; Escalate quickly as necessary if timelines or scope are at risk
  • Lead change management with all stakeholders - internal and external; be confident and assertive with a willingness to challenge appropriately
  • Build rapport with project team and customer stakeholders. Serve as the single point of contact and be accountable for all project related activities & requests
  • Deliver projects on time and in budget with quality solutions-leveraging internal resources as needed for input
  • Work internally on continuous improvement projects to offer solutions for improving our tools and processes. Leverage technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results
  • Anticipates internal and external challenges and proactively puts plans in place to mitigate
  • Track and report project financials (budgeted vs actual) for allocated resource hours and billings
  • Contribute toward development of tools, methodologies, and presentations for C.H.RobinsonManagedSolutions™ Implementation
  • Successfully execute the C.H.RobinsonManagedSolutions™ Process Transformation Methodology, including:

    • Document customer expectations for C.H.RobinsonManagedSolutions™
    • Capture the current supply chain (operational & IT) processes of the customer
    • Document the results of investigative and design workshops
    • Document & contribute to the design of Future State

      • Support creation of customer process maps together with Project Consultant
      • Document changes in roles and responsibilities
      • Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase productivity for all constituents (customer, carrier, supplier, customer's clients, and C.H.RobinsonManagedSolutions™ )

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 7+ years of technical project management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Transportation, with an understanding of industry processes and key stakeholders (e.g., transport providers, warehouses, suppliers, and customer stakeholders).
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with project planning tools such as "Monday.com.
  • Strong communication skills: exceptional listener, facilitator, and storyteller, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and building consensus.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, work independently, and organize ambiguous projects with clarity and structure.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external subject matter experts at all levels.
  • Ability to organize, design, develop, and deliver projects for diverse audiences in a dynamic, fast-paced, and continuous improvement environment with competing deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to work some weekend or late hours as needed.
  • Proficiency in English.
